Terms of Service

1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use HolyCuck. By creating an account you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to access adult content and services. We reserve the right to terminate any account where we have reason to believe the user is a minor.
2. Nature of the Platform
HolyCuck is a private adult matchmaking platform for consenting adults engaged in or curious about non-monogamous lifestyles including but not limited to cuckolding, hotwifing, swinging, and ethical non-monogamy (ENM). All connections, conversations, and shared content occur between consenting adult members. The platform facilitates introductions — it does not organise, promote, or facilitate any illegal activity.
3. Account Conduct
You agree not to impersonate any person, submit false information, upload content depicting minors, harass or threaten other members, or use the platform for commercial solicitation or sex work. Verified status is earned through our photo verification process and does not constitute endorsement of any member. We may suspend or permanently ban accounts for violations without notice or refund.
4. Content You Upload
By uploading photos or other media you confirm that you own or have rights to the content, all people depicted are adults and have consented to the upload, and you grant HolyCuck a limited licence to store and display the content to authorised users on the platform. We do not sell your photos to third parties. You may delete your media at any time from your profile settings.
5. Private Media & Connections
Private media is only accessible to members you have accepted a connection with. You remain in control — accepting a connection does not obligate you to meet, communicate further, or share anything beyond what you choose. You may block or remove any connection at any time, which immediately revokes their access to your private media.
6. Verification
Photo verification is voluntary but unlocks higher trust scores and visibility. Verification confirms that a real person submitted the selfie with the requested code at a point in time. It does not constitute identity verification, background checks, or any guarantee of safety. Always exercise your own judgement when meeting anyone from the internet.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
HolyCuck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the conduct of any member, outcomes of meetings arranged through the platform, or loss of data. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, are inactive for more than 24 months, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. On termination, your profile and media are soft-deleted and permanently removed within 30 days.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will notify active users of material changes via an in-app notification.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our operating entity is registered. Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
